We are currently investigating a power issue affecting equipment in our US CHI2 datacenter. The incident is impacting some US-hosted services, including US DirectAdmin and Reseller hosting services and some VPS services on the US2 node. Datacenter staff have been contacted and are actively working to identify and resolve the issue. Some services may be temporarily unavailable while the investigation and recovery are underway.
